Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the process and select your reason for return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include your original impression kit or product in the original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring it is scanned within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
